Tam has over 9 years experience in medical billing also in Case and Office management.  Prior to medical billing has had many years in customer service and insurance field. With this background she knows the importance of quality customer service and building strong relationships with her clients. She understands the importance of patient privacy and is HIPPA certified. 

Tam is easy going and personable. Willing to help where needed. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors and traveling.
